  • At checkout, enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
  • Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on 'Confirm order' to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, and/or we call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us

It normally takes between 2-3 working days for orders placed within Lagos to get to the customer (you), but 3-5 working days for orders going to Abuja and Port Harcourt as well as other parts of the country. However, it may take longer for orders going to other cities/parts of the country

Yes, you will receive multiple orders placed from a single checkout, at once. But in case you placed your order at a different time interval/different checkout, you may receive items in your order separately because they are processed differently and may also be shipped differently. However, in few cases, all your items may reach you at once.


Yes, you have to have registered, as you would need an existing account to shop with us. The process is not a long one, as a matter of fact, you can only register at the point of your very first order checkout.
